Data Deletion & Export
This page explains how to request export or deletion of data in MWO. If you are a customer of a business using MWO, contact that business first because it is usually the controller of your data.
Data Export
If export functionality is available in-product, use it in settings or the relevant module. If you need an export you cannot perform yourself, contact us and describe the workspace, account, and data scope.
Account or Workspace Deletion
You may request deletion of an account, workspace, or specific data. Before deletion, we may verify identity and authority. Deletion may limit or end access to the Services.
Some data may be kept in limited form where required for tax, billing, security, abuse prevention, disputes, backups, e-signature audit records, or contract enforcement.
Google Data
You can disconnect Google in integration settings where available. You may also request deletion of stored data linked to Gmail, Google Calendar, or Google Business Profile. Deletion from active systems occurs within a reasonable period, subject to legal, security, and backup limits.
Browser Extension
To remove local extension data, disconnect the extension, uninstall it, or clear its storage in your browser. Lead data saved from the extension into MWO must be deleted in the app or through an MWO data deletion request.
Documents and E-Sign
Documents, signatures, statuses, proof files, and audit logs may be retained longer where needed for evidence of agreement, billing, security, disputes, or legal obligations. E-sign providers may have their own tools and retention periods.
How to Submit a Request
Email contact@myweddingoffice.com. Include the account email, company/workspace name, request scope, and whether you need export, deletion, integration disconnect, or data for a specific person. We will respond within a reasonable period according to applicable law.
