My Wedding Office
Terms of Service
These Terms are an agreement between you, acting as a business user or on behalf of a business, and Patryk Mateusz Rosiak, operating under the name My Wedding Office. By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18, acting in a business or professional capacity, and accept these Terms.
1. Our Services
MWO is a SaaS platform for wedding professionals and similar service providers. The Services may include lead capture, booking pages, client records, communications, calendar, reviews, documents, proposals, e-sign, automations, analytics, and AI features.
Feature scope may depend on plan, region, configuration, feature flags, third-party provider availability, and subscription status.
Information provided through the Services is not intended for use where doing so would be contrary to law or would require us to register in that jurisdiction. The Services are not tailored to industry regulations such as HIPAA, FISMA, or GLBA.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
We own or license intellectual property rights in the Services, including code, databases, functionality, designs, text, graphics, trademarks, and other product elements, except for content and data submitted by users or third-party providers.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services only for your internal business purposes.
3. User Representations
By using the Services, you represent that the information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete; you are at least 18; you act in a business or professional capacity; you have authority to bind the entity on whose behalf you act; and your use of the Services will comply with law and these Terms.
If you provide information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services.
4. Registration, Account, and User Responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate account data, password security, access control for anyone acting on your behalf, and all actions taken through your account. If you act for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
You are responsible for the legality of data, content, documents, messages, reviews, and instructions that you enter into MWO or process using the Services.
5. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Payments
Payments, subscriptions, invoices, trials, discounts, and billing portal access may be handled by Stripe. Prices, limits, and plan features are shown in the app or pricing page. Taxes, currency conversion, and external fees may depend on Stripe configuration and your location.
We may offer a 14-day free trial or other promotions for new users. After the trial ends, access to paid features may require choosing a plan and providing a payment method.
If a subscription is unpaid, we may limit or suspend paid features after reasonable notice unless immediate action is required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
6. Software and License
If we make a web app, browser extension, scripts, or other software available through the Services, you may use it only according to these Terms, documentation, license scope, and applicable law.
You may not copy, modify, decompile, resell, rent, sublicense, or use the software outside the scope expressly allowed by these Terms unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
7. Feature Availability and Plan Limits
Feature availability, limits, currencies, prices, trials, integrations, extensions, AI, e-sign, automations, and support scope may depend on plan, region, configuration, subscription status, and third-party provider availability.
We may enforce technical or plan limits such as active clients, services, captures, integrations, events, messages, documents, or workspace users. Attempts to bypass limits may result in access limits or suspension.
8. Prohibited Activities and Acceptable Use
You may not use the Services for unlawful, misleading, spammy, rights-infringing, or platform-policy-violating activity. In particular, you may not:
- process customer, lead, or guest data without an appropriate legal basis or required privacy notice;
- send unsolicited communications in violation of law or provider rules;
- create fake reviews, impersonate customers, or manipulate reputation;
- bypass plan limits, safeguards, authorization, or access controls;
- use the extension for mass scraping, automated data extraction, bypassing platform safeguards, or collecting data from places where you do not have authorized access;
- introduce malicious code, illegally obtained data, or content that infringes third-party rights.
9. User Data and Content
You keep rights in data, contributions, documents, messages, reviews, notes, and other content you submit to the Services. You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, transmit, copy, and use that content as needed to provide the Services and according to your configuration.
You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, quality, and compliance of user data and content, including customer, lead, couple, guest, review, document, and message data.
10. Reviews, Testimonials, and Communications
If you use review, public reputation, Google Business Profile, review request, or reputation recovery features, you are responsible for complying with law, platform rules, and fair customer communication.
We do not guarantee any number of reviews, ratings, leads, bookings, revenue, or other business results. We do not automatically verify every review or customer-provided item for truthfulness.
12. Third-Party Integrations and Platform Terms
The Services may integrate with Google, Meta/Facebook, email services, calendars, payments, e-sign, and other providers. By using an integration, you authorize us to process integration data as needed to provide the selected feature.
Integrations are also subject to the provider’s terms, policies, consents, API limits, moderation decisions, and availability. We do not control those providers and are not responsible for their outages, API changes, denial of access, data deletion, or policy requirements.
13. Email and Communication Features
If you connect an email inbox or use email features, you authorize My Wedding Office to technically process message data as needed to provide features such as syncing, displaying, organizing, sending, assigning messages to customers, creating drafts, or supporting next actions.
You are responsible for having the right to process data in your inbox and for ensuring that customer communications comply with applicable law, including data protection, electronic communications, and direct marketing rules.
My Wedding Office is not responsible for the content of messages you send, offers, commercial arrangements, or legal effects of communications conducted by you.
14. Browser Extension Acceptable Use
You may use the extension only in compliance with law, external platform terms, and third-party rights. The extension operates as a user-initiated tool and may work only on supported pages and browsers.
You may not use the extension to:
- perform mass scraping or automated data extraction;
- bypass technical limits or platform safeguards;
- collect data from places where you do not have authorized access;
- build databases of people without an appropriate legal basis;
- send spam or unsolicited communications;
- impersonate other people;
- violate third-party privacy;
- process data contrary to privacy notice duties or consents required by law.
My Wedding Office may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the extension if we believe it is used in a risky, unlawful, platform-policy-violating, or harmful way for My Wedding Office, users, or third parties.
15. AI Features
AI features in My Wedding Office are assistive. They may generate suggestions, message drafts, summaries, analyses, next-step recommendations, or other content that supports your work.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for a specific situation. You are responsible for verifying all AI outputs before using them, sending them to a customer, or making a business decision.
My Wedding Office does not provide legal, tax, financial, or professional advice through AI features. AI features should not be treated as a substitute for your own judgment or consultation with a professional.
16. Electronic Document Signing
My Wedding Office may allow you to prepare, send, or sign documents using external electronic signature providers.
You are responsible for:
- document content;
- choosing the correct contract template;
- accuracy of party data;
- choosing the proper signature type;
- assessing whether a signature type is sufficient for a specific document;
- compliance of the document with applicable law;
- storing and archiving documents according to your own obligations.
My Wedding Office is not a law firm, does not provide legal services, and does not guarantee that a document, contract template, or signature type will be appropriate, effective, or sufficient for a specific transaction, jurisdiction, or dispute.
If electronic signature is provided by an external provider, use of the feature may be subject to that provider’s additional terms.
17. Privacy and Data Processing
Privacy is described in the Privacy Policy.
If you use the Services to process personal data about your customers, leads, couples, guests, contacts, messages, documents, or other third parties, the Data Processing Addendum also applies.
The DPA forms part of the agreement between you and My Wedding Office to the extent My Wedding Office processes personal data on your behalf as a processor.
18. Services Management
We may monitor the Services for violations of these Terms, security, abuse, and stability. We may remove or restrict content, accounts, integrations, or configurations where justified by security, law, provider rules, or protection of other users.
19. Copyright Infringements
If you believe content in the Services infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, contact us at contact@myweddingoffice.com and describe the infringement and requested action.
20. Term, Suspension, and Termination
These Terms apply for as long as you use the Services. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, use the Services in a risky way, law or third-party provider requirements require it, or it is needed to protect the Services or other users.
21. Data Access After Account Termination
After subscription termination or account closure, you may lose access to some or all Service features.
Where technically possible, we may make data export available before account deletion or access termination. After the retention period, data may be deleted, anonymized, or kept only as required for law, security, billing, backups, or dispute handling.
You should download data, documents, or information needed to run your business before ending use of the Services.
22. Availability, Modifications, and Interruptions
We aim to keep the Services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, bugs, provider outages, integration limits, and feature changes may occur.
We may change, limit, or discontinue features where justified by product development, security, legal compliance, provider requirements, or operational reasons.
23. No Guarantee of Leads or Business Results
MWO is a work-support tool. We do not guarantee leads, bookings, reviews, ratings, revenue growth, conversions, customer replies, or campaign outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
24. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Polish law unless mandatory law says otherwise.
25. Dispute Resolution
Before starting a formal dispute, the parties should try in good faith to resolve the issue by email. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
26. Corrections
The Services may contain errors, typos, inaccuracies, or omissions. We may correct such issues and update information at any time without prior notice where reasonably needed.
27. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, suitable for every user purpose, or that third-party provider data will always be available.
28. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or third-party provider actions except where mandatory law says otherwise.
29. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold My Wedding Office harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, violation of law, infringement of third-party rights, or data and content you process through the Services.
30. Electronic Communications and Signatures
By using the Services, you consent to electronic communications, electronic transactions, and electronic signatures where the feature is available. This does not guarantee that every electronic signature will be suitable for every legal situation.
31. Miscellaneous and Contact
