Couple collaboration

A shared hub for you and the couple

After a meeting, the schedule changes. The couple sends a guest list, then comments on an earlier file a few days later. Keep materials, tasks, and decisions in one shared place you can both return to.

Both sides can return to the latest version

The schedule, files, and decisions have a consistent place, so the couple does not have to guess which attachment is current.

The couple sees what needs their input

Tasks and due dates show what you need from them without a separate reminder for every detail.

Comments stay with the right material

Feedback on the wedding day schedule or inspiration stays with the item it refers to.

Working together day to day

Keep plans moving after the meeting

Keep decisions clear after each meeting

Put the summary and next steps in a shared space the couple can revisit when they have time.

Keep changes out of long message threads

Place the updated plan or document where both sides expect to find it.

The couple can check the next step

They can see tasks, dates, and materials waiting for their attention between conversations.

From inquiry status to working together

Invite the couple without another manual step

An automatic email goes out when you change the inquiry status. If you prefer to invite the couple later or through another channel, you can send access yourself.

01

Change the status and the couple gets an email

When you move an inquiry out of the “Inquiry received” status, My Wedding Office automatically emails the couple access to the shared hub.

02

Send access yourself when you need to

You can send an invitation email yourself or generate a link to share with the couple another way.

03

Start working together

Once the hub is open, both sides can check completed tasks, updated materials, and decisions awaiting a response.

Shared materials

The couple sees what is ready to share

Files, versions, and comments

Prepare materials first, then share them with the couple

Keep internal notes and drafts in your workspace. When a schedule, document, or inspiration collection is ready, share it in the couple’s hub and continue the conversation there.

Share materials when they are ready

Keep a draft in your workspace until it is ready for the couple to see.

The couple returns to the current version

When a schedule or document changes, the current material is in the same place.

Keep feedback in context

A comment attached to the material is easier to understand than a message without the file or its history.

Schedule

One current wedding day schedule

After times or the order change, the couple returns to the same place instead of hunting for a revised attachment.

Tasks

Everyone knows what to prepare

A guest list, song choice, or layout approval can have a description and due date the couple can see.

Files and versions

Keep materials together

Documents, inspiration, and new versions stay with the right wedding and topic.

Dates and payments

Important dates are easy to check

The couple can check their next meeting, a task deadline, or a payment date in their shared hub.

Materials library

Organize materials before sharing them

Keep photos, documents, schedules, and inspiration with the right couple. When an item is ready, choose whether the couple can see it.

Choose who can see each item

Keep a draft private, then show the couple a ready schedule, document, or inspiration collection.

Keep each new version with its topic

Changes and comments stay with the relevant material, making earlier decisions easier to revisit.

Keep shared materials organized

The couple can find materials shared for their wedding without searching attachments sent at different times.

Common planning moments

Keep up as the details add up

When the schedule changes after a meeting

Add the revised version to the hub so the couple can find the current plan without searching their inbox.

When you are waiting for a guest list or decision

A task shows what you need and when, so the request is clear to everyone involved.

When the couple asks for the latest document

Both sides can open the shared hub and see the same material, comments, and version history.

When planning spans many months

Decisions remain easy to find without remembering when or where a file was sent.
