System development history

We have been building My Wedding Office continuously since 2024

This section is placeholder content. The layout follows a product-history timeline with a large intro and five milestone cards describing how the system evolved over time.

  1. 2024

    beginning

    Idea and first prototypes

We started from the most repetitive coordination problems: inquiries spread across channels, fragmented notes, and follow-ups handled manually. The first milestone was a simple prototype proving that one organized workspace could replace that mess.

    • First planner workspace prototype
    • Early tests with a small pilot group
    • Core principle: one place for the full client journey
  2. 2025

    foundations

    Platform foundations

We turned the early prototype into a usable operating layer: planner accounts, couple records, the first workflow steps, and more consistent meeting coordination.

    • Structured couple records
    • Shared activity history
    • Initial meeting and task flow
  3. 2026

    operations

    Operational workflow

The next phase focused on daily execution. Instead of keeping tasks, notes, and client context in separate places, planners could move more operational work into one process.

    • Task coordination across the project
    • Timeline checkpoints and internal notes
    • More reliable handoff between planning stages
  4. 2027

    automation

    Automation and communication

Once the base workflow was stable, we started reducing repetitive admin work. Communication, reminders, and follow-up routines became easier to manage from the same system.

    • Automated reminders and follow-ups
    • Cleaner communication history
    • Less manual tracking across tools
  5. 2028

    intelligence

    AI support and scale

The final mock milestone shows the direction of a more intelligent operating system: better insights, faster decision support, and less repeated work for planners managing multiple clients at once.

    • AI-assisted summaries
    • Context-aware next-step suggestions
    • Stronger oversight across active projects
